He studied acting with Tania Balachova : some of his fellow students were Delphine Seyrig , Michael Lonsdale , Laurent Terzieff , Daniel Emilfork , Antoine Vitez , Stphane Audran and Jean-Louis Trintignant.
He provided the voice of Sergeant Hartman (R. Lee Ermey ) in the French dubbed version of Full Metal Jacket .
