Biography

Armando Alonso was born in Havana, Cuba. His Mother Ana Maria Gonzalez left for Miami in 1989 when Armando was 2 years old. From Miami they moved to Union City New Jersey where Armando appeared in his first stage production of Yankee Doodle at the age of 7. By the age of 8 Armando his Mom and his Grandma moved to Hialeah, FL. When Armando was 18 he appeared as an extra in "El Vacilon" the movie. From that day on he decided he wanted to pursue a career in acting. He started taking Theater classes at Miami Dade College. He studied under Kyle Zimmerman who taught him "The Meisner Technique". After that Armando transferred to Nova Southeastern University where he met alot of great people. Due to certain hardship he had to drop out of Nova but Armando Alonso is still acting today. He's working very hard to support himself and continues to do what he loves, ACT!
