Anouk was born in Friesland and started acting and singing at a very young age. In 2000 she started at the theatre school ArtEZ and get her diploma in 2004. She went to New York and did masterclasses at The Actor Studio of Lee Strassberg. Back in the Netherlands, she lives in Amsterdam and plays by different Theatre groups and she got her own youth theatre school. Now she is playing in the theatre group The Dutch Factory .
She knows the play A midsummer Nights Dream all roles by heart.
She plays in two international theater groups The Dutch Factory (director Tim Carroll) and Transversal Theater (director Bryan Reynolds).
She has three sisters, Wendy, Eva and Sabien.
Some people say that she looks like Nimrat Kaur.
Never thought I could learn so much from one director. .
