The producer kept insisting that Karan Razdan write the script so they could shoot in Hong Kong. Then he changed his mind and wanted Nepal.But they realized Nepal didnt have the high tech facilities to shoot all the action scenes. Finally Nimesh Mehta and Karan Razdan had a falling out regarding the script and the film was shelved.

Vinod was opposite Sonam. After all these production hassles, Sanjay finally shelved the film.Plus Sanjay Khan and Sonam had a huge arguement on the sets causing Sonam to leave the film. Sanjay then started to concentrate on TV serials.
