Formed Salbakuta.

Named his son Andrew Fordie (with Mylene) after his hit song "Andrew Ford Medina".

A discotheque disc-jockey before he gained popularity via his breakthrough hit "Humanap ka ng pangit" in 1990. The song, a riff from Cash Moneys "Find An Ugly Woman, started the novelty-rap in the Philippines and was made into a movie of the same titled that launched his movie career.

Largely contributed to the growth and popularity of the rap scene in the Philippines.

Released 14 albums, the latest is titled "Clean". His 13 other albums were certified at least 3 times platinum (300,000 copies sold).

He spent some time in Japan in the late 1990s, performing in clubs and eventually releasing a song in Japanese about the misadventures of a tourist in Tokyo.

In the mid 90s, Andrew founded Dongalo Wreckords aiming to discover and produce new Philippine rap talents. One popular rap group that got its start with Dongalo is Salbakuta. Their debut song S2pid Luv which ripped-off Barbara Streisands Evergreen became a big hit and was made into a popular movie S2pid Luv which starred Andrew and the rap group.

Due to double-entendre, most of his songs had been criticized for allegedly suggestive lyrics.
