Ok series 1 solid enough, some good laughs, a few tears and decent enough to hold your attention and want to see how the characters progress. Season 2 ( and I'm a grown man) had me in floods of tears, as with any relationship it develops with time and Christ on a cat this does that, blubbering like a schoolgirl for a few episodes.
This is a hidden gem. I really loved the show, its short, easy to watch.
Great show, but several huge blunders. Reverse isolation which is what Zac is on at the beginning due to immune system suppression.....
Found this by accident on HULU & for a 22 minute show it really is wonderful. Packs a whole lot into those 22 minutes.
As the show gets out of the way very quickly, Zac was your normal run of the mill kid interested in math, girls, and college. All of that went away when he was diagnosed with cancer at 17.
When I saw the trailer for this I was skeptical. A story along the lines of The Fault In Our Stars, but done in 12 minute increments?
