I don't know whether to give this show a scathing or glowing review.I decided to try watching Z Nation on Netflix despite reading some awful IMDb reviews, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the show had a moxie all its own.
Financed by the Asylum productions in middle budget and formed by 65 episodes , this agreeable series is set three years after the zombie virus has gutted the United States of America a team of everyday heroes must transport the only known survivor of the plague from New York to California, where the last functioning viral lab waits for his blood . The anti-bodies in his veins are humanitys last best hope for a vaccine to avoid the Zombie propagation.
When I watched it first, I thought that I was gonna get bored just like the rest of the trashy and silly Zombie Series. However, I was quite surprised due to the fact that this series is really good.
This is an excellent show and got me hooked on. I was not a zombie fan and nor a fan of horror movies.
Definitely in my top three favorite shows. The characters are enjoyable, the plots always there but the mini bumps in the road keep it more and more entertaining.
This show is expectedly a second-rate show. However it is fun to watch.
I didn't like the acting in The Walking Dead, I had to stop watching soon after getting into it. Z Nation has so many better characters.
Sad that it ended, it is one of my favorite zombie Shows of All time. Its fast paced, got gore and doesnt take Itself to serious.
Love, love this show & characters. Give it a shot.
