Because it has so many factors that pulls and drags it up an down. it has good acting and terrible acting, it has great shoots and extremely low qual shoots, it got a vast variation of sound quality, and the ecomomic foundingseems basicly out of own pocket ar maybe some moonshining.

Great fun for the Christmas season. Has the aspects of it that can make it a cult Christmas movie like A Christmas Story or Die Hard.
