As someone who enjoys examining older technology and thinking about archival storage systems, I was charmed by this little film. I spotted it one evening browsing around on Kanopy, and gave it a try, thinking I'd just listen to the music.
The 78 Project Movie is an interesting documentary. Based off an acclaimed web series (which I have not seen), and inspired by Alan Lomax, a man who quested to capture music as it went through the 20th century.
