As an 18 year old I was a big fan of the music Snoop made with Tha Eastsidaz. Sure it was obnoxious and ignorant but the P-Funk influenced beats and gritty vocal tones of Goldie Loc and Tray Deee proved to be an irresistible combination for me and my friends.
First of all salute to snoop 4 this laugh a minute gangsta flick. Quite possibly 'tha' greatest gangsta comedy i have ever seen.
Great movie! Perfect if you like "OG"(Original Gangster) type movie's, and especially I like it cause it happens to be filmed at Snoop-Doggz house, I know where that is but I won't give location.
The Eastsidaz was probably the weakest movie I've ever seen. The story, which could be ok if not speckled with lame drug refrences and the atroutious naming of snap crackle and pop (ha, not funny), is weak contrived and filled with holes.
The movie itself is really bad. The production is so bad it's funny.
The basic premise of "Tha Eastsidaz" is Snoop Dogg and friends sitting about smoking weed. Then Snoop goes to jail and when he breaks out he kills a bunch of white people.
