The strength of diversity comes to Sweden.

When I first watched this I had no idea this was going to become a trilogy. I'm pretty sure the original filmmakers didn't expect this to become one either.

Film starts out pretty good. There is sharp tension between the ethnic Swedes and the immigrant communities.

It's a film that mainly follows a young man who studies and tries to keep his poor past from his posh friends, while making a lot of money in a variety of ways; he suddenly finds himself in cahoots with nasty, nasty foreigners who drag his blond, previously unscathed self through the proverbial mud. I had a lot of qualms before I saw this film, and I can sincerely say it shouldn't be viewed by ANYBODY.

A really good action thriller with interesting characters. I do NOT think that they are plain stereotypes without Drott.

Although its plot seems realistic and is based on a solid book (novel of the same name by Jens Lapidus), the story lines becomes incoherent due to frequent jumps between the three main characters: Johan aka JW (played by Joel Kinnaman; great and credible performance), Jorge (Matias Padin Varela) and Mrado (Dragomir Mrsic); the last two seemed just okay, nothing catchy. Lisa Henni as Sophie is just a beautiful blond Sweden is famous for, no memorable scenes with her.

The first time I saw this film I had just finished the book. Simply loved the book and I was really looking forward to the movie adaptation.

¨Easy cash¨is an absorbing crime tale with electricity pumping through its veins , being based on the novel James Ellroy Calls. An epic European thriller to rival Stieg Larsson .

Had big doubts when I came. Had less doubts when I left and they were of another kind.
