Show was great but the end was crap with a capital b why go through all that jut to have a great main character go out from a car crash ending should have been great and full of joy but noooo just had to kill Charlie off worst ending ever.
I just found this series recently and I'm only into Season 2 so far. To begin with, I died during a 1999 surgery and experienced the out of body thing like the main character here experienced.
I'm not surprised this show gets cancelled in the US after the first season. The first season is a total downer with almost all unlikeable characters.
As a retired nurse of 50 years, I have watched every medical show from Medic with Richard Boone to the present ones. Somewhere I missed Saving Hope tho until recently, when I found it on ION.
I have been watching Saving Hope from the beginning and loved it. However, now it seems Homosexuals are top priority.
Ok, so COVID happened and then binge-watching happened. I'll put this out there quickly, I really don't like TV.
I liked the premise of the show, first 3 seasons were pretty good. (Alex was an idiot though and got worse) as to the person that said it was too religious?
So, I'm 59 years old. I have seen just about every medical drama ever on TV, going back to Medical Center with hunky Chad Everette.
"Saving Hope" only just became interesting in the character aspect with the ortho surgeon( the dude from Vampire Diaries) denying his lover a part on the hand reattachment surgery. Other than that?
