Goofs

During one of the flashback sequences - set prior to 1947, the historical characters are on a roof of a building.

In the distance is another large building, and, on its roof, is a large satellite dish.

In the scene where Sue says 'Undher say awaaz aye gee' and the Sukhi burps, Karan throws his cigarette on the floor and steps on it (you hear him do it).

Then in the very next shot he does it all over again and the 'under say awaaz' scene is still going on.

Reviews

The movie encourages lot of violence, and degrades mahatma gandhi and degrades our political leaders. The students should study and not kill and die.

Aamir- A perfectionist again with perfection.. It is a movie which one will never feel bore to see no matter how many times he/she has seen it .

I watched the movie and I stunned that how can this be possible, how can A person thought about this... Clearly a Masterpiece to watch...

I really enjoyed the movie. Do watch this.

I don't want to talk about the storyline much, but this film is irony overload and truly inspiring. I have to say that the middle section may be slow in fact, could've been shortened, but the first and last acts are spectacular.

A curious aspect of Bollywood cinema in the first decade of the twenty-first century was its obsession with the past. Shrewd at tweaking the clichés of social chaos, Rang De Basanti is ultimately an academic exercise, full of stand-ins and signifies a kind of Velvet Goldmine for the destructive impact of the Indian Political corruption and chaos, minus the sense of decadent fun.

Not often in Indian movies everything works out perfect in all aspects, for once it did happen with this movie. I happen to read a headline in a column that suited just perfect to this movie, "This is how Indian movies are to be made".
