After the software (Operating System) was stolen, the actor (Abhay Sharma) is informed that some other company (Pinnacle) is going to launch this software with different name.
The other company (Pinnacle) signs the contract at a later time in the movie, hence reference was made in past to the event that occurred/would occur in future.

Wonderful movie. Simple yet in point.
First, this is a warm feel good movie much like pictures of kittens and puppies. If that is not your cup of tea, then skip it.
This actually is a Decent Movie which has been ignored by many people. As you know the attitude of Indian audience - Most of them Prefer to watch their favourite actor's faces and not really bother much - whether the movie has good content or not.
No deep story, just a predictable, but cute, charming story. I had no intention of watching it all the way through, but I found the characters charming, and after I watched it, found myself walking around the house singing the music.
OK, I don't like to give anything a 10. But this movie and now soundtrack has really touched me on a personal level.
