Stormy Daniels' fondness for genre films turns to the mystery film with "One Step Ahead", a crime movie that intrigued me and held my interest but suffered from a screenplay that is too subtle for its own good. It's the type of DVD that one has to go back and try and figure out due to an abrupt and almost cryptic ending.
This is a great film. Shot for a low budget of $83 it looks like something that would cost 100 times that much.
