Reviews

I believe the creators of this series thought that the many international locations, some gritty, others opulent, would be enough to hold a viewer's interest and distract them from the terrible job done with miscasting. It doesn't!

Hollow and BORING!!! It cost each episode several millions of pounds, but the story line is like typical tv drama.

With all the great international TV shows streaming on different platforms these days & finally getting some well-deserved attention, it was about time to have a show that has actors/actresses from all over not only a few or only one. Not only this captivating relatively well-acted show has accomplished this but also we have the lovely & talented James Norton.

This is the first series where i dont entirely agree with the ratings. I did not see this series because the ratings were too less but after it won emmy i saw it and was completely satisfied with the execution.

First off all. Finally they use actors that can actually speak the language they are supposed too.

This show was one of my favorites because it dutifully explored the life of post-soviet Russian Oligarchy. It is a world which found roots in the 90's and resonates with me because I have seen this story unfold before my own eyes.

We binge watched it within 3 days. Not a single episode we felt it was boring, nor was it dragged out artificially..

The lead actor and actress suck big time!! But an awesome antagonist acting..

The first series of McMafia very much feels like 'The Beginning' - in much the same way the first series of Breaking Bad was (although tonally this is quite different). It portrays Alex Godman's tentative first steps on a dark path.
