During lockdown was searching for a horror movie and came across Lupt on Netflix. Lupt is a decent movie and yes not very gory and thankfully no sex and unnecessary songs.

Good movie! Decent production, great acting, and some nice tense scenes.

Loved himesh and his expressions.

There is some psycho-drama in this movie, but make no mistake, it is a ghost story. There is never any doubt that ghosts are in the movie.

For me, Lupt is more like a thriller than horror, as there are not many horror sequences and it relies more emotions. It would rather put it saying its a family horror.

A horror movie done best if showed and explained as minimum as possible to keep the mystery more unsettling. Writer/director Prabhuraj uses human emotions to craft a modern-day horror that succeeds in making a decent horror movie.

Lupt is a well-executed psychological horror. I enjoyed the film as it's exactly the type of horror movie I personally prefer.

The cinematography and performances were amazing, but other than Jaaved Jaaferi, Niki Wali, Rishab Chadha and Vijay Raaz others were not very impressive. I wanted to see more horror coming out this film so was disappointed on the horror front.

This is a really good clean horror film which thankfully doesn't include any unnecessary false jump scares. Few may not be linking his film and that can be understood because this film is not for the masses.
