Purely underrated movie. I feel pity for the negative ratings and comments.
Started seeing Lonappante Maamodisa with less expectation but film was very interesting. Thought this would be a usual foolish film with thrissur accent but the movie really made me watch this without any break.
This movie was way too good than what i thought only drawback was the editing and camera issues in some parts ..very moving and heartfelt film.
Lonappante mamoodheesa... in my point of view is a great message with a small story.

Happy to see Jayaram finally in a sensible movie (after a very long time), which was particularly tailor-made for him. The movie narrates through the life of Lonappan, his numerous set backs and how he rediscovers the positive outlook towards life to overcome the obstacles.
A naive, dawdling man in his 30s makes a couple of poor life decisions and Leo Thaddeus ends up making a film about him titled Lonappante Mammodheesa (Lonappan's Baptism) that is so annoying and stupid there's no sign of comeback for Jayaram. TN.
