I must say, it didn't take more than 15 minutes, for me, to realize that I found a TV-serie, I really like. Russell Hornsby is perfect for his role, and the young detective, who don't mind to stand up for her own thoughts.

This series really misses out on the chance to recreate some amazing people that appear in Jeffrey Deavers Lincoln Rhyme. I have no problem with changing the race of the characters but I think you need to keep it consistent If Rhyme is black I think Sachs should be black also not that there is anything wrong with interracial couples but that nowhere this story lies.

The title for this series is in some ways misleading. This is another run of the mill standard crime series with separate cases each episode and the bone collector thrown in for a few minutes as a token to justify the series title.

I keep watching the next episode hoping that my ambivalence to this show will dissipate. It has yet to do so.

Unwatchable mainly due to how annoying the main character is.

My only complaint is about Ramses Jimenez. Can barely understand a word he mumbles.

This is one of those shows that had a good concept but bad execution. They tried breaking the rules with this one and if failed big time.

I enjoy the story but the lead actor is horrible!! He moves when he's not supposed to and his arrogance is absolutely the worst for this part.

If the work of an actor touches us for better or for worse, that is the purpose, to create a character with whom we identify. But we do not necessarily have to like it.
