Stuffed up every story line from the books, crap adaptation, crap dialogue, bad acting. I mean really crap acting.

I think the show is well played out and the actors are hilarious.I love how the plot constantly changes and each episode leaves you hanging until the next one.

Fair dinkum unbelievable ! I read the books 30 years ago during the recession we had to have according to the Treasurer Paul Keating at the time .

I think that the first three headings I read in these reviews sum this series up aptly, "Piss poor", "Poor at best" and "Bob would be disgusted", in fact, this series may be what it takes for Bob to climb out from the grave and take retribution on the galahs who have ruined Les Norton. I agree with the comments made by these three reviewers, enough said.

Adore this serial! It recycles story ideas & characters in a wonderful setting & magicks away the boganism of the original books.

Plenty of laughs and the detail is excellent, it has the feel of 80s Sydney and NSW north coast . Hope there's a sequel.
