The story is really good and the show is meant to show the disgusting ways in which 'females' are oppressed in India and in Indian rural societies that are highly patriarchal and disgustingly sexist. The show shows a young eight year old girl who is tough, bold, brave, strong both mentally and physically (FINALLY), and confident.
I was expecting story to go forward as per present awareness . Her parents to stand by her and she can go beyond all illness of comunity not that her own father hates girl chid and blames her for everything and can't see the goodness she is doing .
