We already know Hollywood is a cesspool of the phony and self absorbed. Why does this horrible program need to exist?
I'm riveted by the stories of these young people with dreams and wondering if the actions they are taking will actually harm their chances for legitimate stardom in the future. With the exception of Spirit Sisters and Maddie(even she does some photo shoots that may come back to haunt her), many of the people profiled seem to come from haunted, painful pasts.
Each episode centres around a 'creative' individual or duo, trying to make it big in Hollywood. Scene kids, fashion designers, artists, dancers, rappers, strippers, sex workers etc.
A few of the episodes were intriguing (mental illness, body positivity), but VICELAND really dropped the ball hiring this woman (who can't decide on which voice to speak with since 2006) to host. Paris Hilton is about as relevant as a paper plate.
Xtianarsonist absolutely nailed it with that review. This is yet another trash show from the trashiest show makers in town.
