Good effort at a found footage. The setting is great and despite how cliché the plot has become thus far, it had everything to be an awesome title in the genre.

On the surface, Hollows Grove has cliché written all over it. I really didn't expect to see anything other than a lousy Grave Encounters rip-off.

It has been a very, very long time since a horror movie made me jump in any way. This one did.

The last 20-30 minutes aren't scary (because scary isn't what found-footage is good at), but they are entertaining. The trouble is that getting there is a bit boring.

Jumped into this movie looking for some better found-footage scares than those fake compilations on YouTube, so I went into it with low expectations. This cliche-fest might not win an Oscar any time soon, but after one point it genuinely gave me the shivers, continuously, which was exactly what I came for, and this was not left disappointed at all.

Competent found footage film. That being said, rather tired retread of situations, conflict between ghost hunter crew members, and annoying immature characters.

By the box the movie looks like it will just be another shabby found footage film but instead it is a creative, unique and freighting experience. While the writing towards the end did get a little lazy, all in all it was one of the few movies that gave me the creeps just for watching it!

I picked this up for two reasons: Lance Henriksen and it was only $2.95 at the Dollar General.

2 characters were annoying as hell Rog and Tim a little over the top childish. For what I imagine this had a super low budge but was still very well made, there is a couple scenes you could notice especially.
