Reviews

I love this show since the beginning, watched the whole series in 10 days . There are many great characters, nicely done acting , great story.

It's the small town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut and its many eccentric inhabitants. Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham) and Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) are mother and daughter, but they behave more like best friends.

I started this series when it originally aired and I was in high school. Same age as Rory was at time.

I'm watching this series in COVID-19 isolation in 2020, I also love Marvelous Mrs. Maisel created by the same team.

Started watching this with my wife and we are halfway through Season 2 as of now.The characters had an initial charm and wittiness, but the longer it goes on the more irritating it gets, especially Lorelai.

Overall bad show with some nice moments of humour. The acting is often so bad that nice scenes turn into awkward highschool grade acting.

Good show but the same music playing in the back ground was annoyingly repetitive. The acting was pretty cheezy in some spots.

After re watching the full series to get ready for the new Netflix season coming out, Throughout season 1 and 2 I noticed that dean was very manipulative towards Rory and even to the point where i would consider it emotional abuse, He constantly complains and picks on Rory for being close with her family, He bullies her into spending time with him and gets extremely jealous when he see's her talking with anyone he doesn't know or like (Cue Tristan & Jess moments) This is not a personal attack on the show or the character of Dean, this is a showing of the times we live in, when i watched this show when it was first out, I never seen this side of Dean, I also had never heard of emotional abuse, now its a very common thing to see and hear about...

The show is nostalgic. I used to watch it on DVD when I was younger and it's truly a good show.
