Mel Gibson is career criminal Driver. He is nabbed by Mexican authorities and placed in a tough prison where he learns to survive with the help of a young boy.

Give all the hate filled drunken rants ya like mate , keep making awesome movies like this and no one will give a stuff ! Good effort, great movie !

The story was interesting, but too much Spanish was spoken and too little was done in the plot. Too much Spanish chatter and too little action.

"Gringo" unexpectedly popped up during a channel-surf session and I got locked in. Edgy, gritty, and Latino-stylish, the film captures the violent, cartoonish hell of a Mexican prison.

Watching this movie was like watching a movie version of "Prison Break" season 3 on adrenaline...Well sorta.

This is the third Mel Gibson film I have watched during lock-down and all were excellent but this is the best. Brilliant setting, clever and unusual story line, action, excitement, funny lines.

This is a good movie. The action and pace are fun.

"Get the Gringo" has a crazy story and a cool Mel Gibson as always! The story is a bit crazy, but it works and is captivating most of the time.

A fascinating depiction of prison life in Mexico with a plot bordering on the unbelievable. Mel Gibson is his usual tongue in cheek self.
