Disputable story, just one sided, bad lines, visibly fake filming set. The only thing in the movie is acting of Visnjic, who obviously did his best under such circumstances...

As a Croat particullary Dalmatian, and passionate filmophile, I really wanted to watch, like and later suggest, wherever I could, story about most beloved soldier in Croatian war for independence from Yugoslavia. Such a GOOD PREMISE.

Disgrace for Croatian cinema. Acting is so bad that a child would do better.

Corny, cringeworthy, paid from tax payers money which makes it a propaganda movie. Difference is astronomical between character played by Goran Visnjic and the real Ante Gotovina.

These high-star ratings are obviously written by the director, friends and the crew itself, because the movie and TV series versions are universally mocked by Croatian population. However, if you like trash movies with utterly nonsensical dialogue, loads of mistakes and cringe acting this movie actually might be for you.

A great story of a Homeland war and the Croatian struggle for human and national freedom. Great acting especially from Goran Visnjic in his role as Ante Gotovina.

Waste of time, lines, errors... It seems like a comedy, a bad one.

This project is a monument to corruption and a witness to the history of the moment when the Croatian people live. From the author himself, who has always been a windmill in political terms to the financing of this senseless realization, the movie will serve generations as a poor example of the marriage of politics and art.
