Gakko II

A well acted and touching portrayal of the problems faced by both handicapped high school students and their teachers. Although there are touches of comedy in the film, the over-riding impression is one of sadness tinged with a sense of achievement for what little the kids manage to achieve with the odds against them.

Well, what can you say. It's a movie with Ayumi Hamasaki in it ^_^.

This movie is really great! A wonderful piece of work!

Gakko II, or The Learning Circle, is not a sequel to Gakko in the strictest sense. While Toshiyuki Nishida returns in this Yoji Yamada directed movie, he is not the same respected teacher that was introduced to us and we fell in love with in the original movie.
