I find the story quite interesting, and it entertained me throughout. The sets are nice, the people are good looking, so there is not much to dislike!

Except the last (9/10) "jump emotional" scene the whole movie holds 5 only due to its slow pace & boringness. They could make more interesting short events to make it appealing.

Watching this film is like being gently hit in the head by a pool noodle for an hour and a half. It's extremely lightweight and virtually harmless, but the cornball stupidity and forced acting just started to grate on my nerves.

Started a little bit slow and as one reviewer pointed out Travis Fimmel is getting better at his craft, and I do think he some of the charisma Steve McQueen had. The rest of the main cast is incredible, from Forest Whitaker, William Fichtner, Lily Rabe, and others.

The music score was rocking and raised my rating by 2 points. Travis Fimel is a superb actor as are Forest Whitaker and William Fichtner.

Films that centre around a heist can go a number of ways, the slick style of Ocean's Eleven or the much more serious tone of Heat being just a few examples of how different a path you can go down. Finding Steve McQueen is a heist film that definitely leans toward the more playful side and I, for one, found it to be a deeply entertaining one at that.

I hadn't even heard of this movie before I found a Blu-ray copy of it at my local library today. But I know from experience that taking a chance on unknown movies often uncovers gems and sleepers, so I decided to watch it.

Like a lot of other reviews have said, I thought this movie would be about Steve McQueen either a biopic, or a 'Lincoln' esque movie focusing on a specific moment in his life. I hadn't read the synopsis before watching it, and to be honest I skimmed through the trailer.

I dont care if he plays Santa Claus, The cheeky Aussie just gets your attention!!
