Unfunny, overacting Miz...

I've never seen a less interesting show in my entire life. The commentators are bland and incapable of comedy.

The show comes across as a piss-take, watching people faceplant stoned is a laugh.

Seems like it's a spinoff of total wipeout but you don't even get to see all the contestants, they say they start with 12 but you only see some of them at the beginning before the first elimination. And the hosts are just bland and not that funny or entertaining.

Nothing here is particularly eye catching or interesting. Production value is decent but the "obstacles" are really lame.

While the entertainment level is as expected, the more disappointing aspect is the measurements and timing of individual events so unrealistic it's not even funny. I sat there with stopwatch on the firehose event in comparison to the reported television times.

Literally everyone from the commentators to the "athletes" are trying way too hard to be interesting/funny and it just is absolutely awful.

This picture was released on July 6 1976 starring David Carradine as Coy Cannonball Buckman, Bill McKinney as Cade Redman and Veronica Hamel as Linda Maxwell. A former employee rips off his own Death Race 2000 in this mindless car-crash saga, containing more twisted metal than a bombed-out steel mill.

My family moved to San Jose, Costa Rica in 1960. There were only about 2 hrs of programming on TV most days, but I remember this TV show.
