Ali's dress is different when she comes home from her first date with Marcus.
The back of the dress is different from when she leaves the club with Marcus, and when she turns to lock the door upon arriving home.
When Ali and Marcus are driving her hair is pulled up.
When they arrive at his house for the party her hair is down.
The next scene shows a close up of her pulling her hair down.
Towards the end, when Nikki and Ali are sitting at their tables in the dressing room.
Ali looks into the mirror and see Nikki brushing her hair.
Then the camera turns to Nikki who yells at a girl for touching her things.
But the camera then turns back on Ali and Nikki is still brushing her hair, when she had clearly stopped.
When Jack is frantically trying to find a towel, and all he can find are Ali's undergarments, when the camera pans to Jack he is wearing dry boxers in the shower.
Toward the start of the film, Jack is playing an original song on his keyboard.
This tune is later heard when Ali sings Bound To You, despite Jack's music never being ready for an audience until the end of the film.
However, that sequence, spliced with the scene in which Ali and Jack sleep together, is actually a fantasy sequence.
The premise of the plot rests partly on Ali replacing a newly-pregnant dancer, Georgia.
The movie's time line takes course over two months (or less), and in that short time, Georgia becomes pregnant, engaged and married (in that order), also returning to perform with Ali at the Burlesque Lounge during the finale (supposedly back from maternity leave, which would be impossible).
This contradicts the plot line in which Tess must come up with enough money to save the club in thirty days.
(In the same day, she sells the air rights above the Burlesque Lounge and buys out her partner's share, Jack finishes writing his song and Ali performs it, during which a whippet-thin Georgia appears as a dancer despite showing during the wedding a few days earlier).
When Ali is onstage and the speakers get unplugged, you hear feedback.
There wouldn't be feedback; there were no speakers connected.
Feedback usually is caused by microphones, not speaker cable.
Additionally, since the dancers were supposed to be lip-syncing at this point, the microphones on stage would not be live, so when Ali sings, her voice would not be heard over the noise in the bar, or the band playing.
Towards the end of the "Welcome to Burlesque" song when all of the girls are lined up across the stage, the girl with the black beret can be seen coming through Georgia's legs twice.
When Ali finishes her performance of 'Something's Got A Hold On Me' she is sitting on the floor, leaning on the chair.
The next shot shows her sitting on the chair leaning her arm on the back rest.
If Natalie coming home is the day after the wedding (which it seems to be when Ali goes to Sean's house) then she wouldn't be able to get in as Jack put the chain on the door when they got home after the wedding.
The final number must be some time after (not the same day Ali is handed the music sheet) as they have to learn the song/dance, make costumes and a new set so Georgina being slim again isn't so odd.
During most of the film, Ali's hair changes from having a full fringe to having a side fringe and back to full fringe etc.
