All the actors must be quite humble, because they sure poke fun at themselves. No shame, really, but it's all tastefully done!
I like that we get to hear the familiar characters dialogue and voices, yet it is different. It is not their real lives, however, it has cool drama in places of ol'.
This is just horrible. Any review over a ONE is fake.
I read that lots of people "cringed" with the pilot and "roasted" it and stuff like that and there was a lot of hate because they expected an old fashioned reboot . But after watching it I thought first of all what a great fresh idea !
Not being the biggest fan of the original series but rather a sporadic viewer i still wanted to watch this reboot to se if it was any good. And to me, this is a better show than the original series and I like the concept of madeup lives of the stars of the show and their struggle back to fame and their fight to get the reboot om its way.
Worse storylines and acting than the original. Perhaps if they filmed it in a real location not in a wannabe one.
Keep watching - it is so well done and creative! Loved the direction and overall concept.
I almost didn't watch BH90210 when it popped up on Australian TV two weeks ago. I'm in love with this trip down memory lane, and the concept of the actors playing themselves playing their characters is pure genius.
The writers of todays soap drama tv-shows has nothing on the soap-opera writing style of the 80-90's . I was blown away.
