Reviews

Badland is a tinge of the old spaghetti western mold. Makely plays Matthias Breecher: think Eastwood, Bronson, Stallone and Wayne mixed together.

This western follows the trail of a bounty hunter(ish) lead following the end of the civil war and that's probably the only thing that links the "chapters" together. In reality it's 3 disjointed stories very loosely connected.

This movie is very poorly written. It insults my intelligence.

Although I watch movies for entertainment and not snob appeal. I enjoyed the context of a dedicated detective trying to complete his mission of justice with some compassion.

I realize that Horse sense is somewhat limited in today's world, and that conventions that apply in current society don't necessarily apply. However the movie is only half over, and I have decided to tender this partial review on the horses, guns, and altercations so far.

It is a bit slow. Very predictable, but nice to watch nonetheless.

A western movie in keeping with the philosophy of current liberal apologists, with Confederate officers as the 'bad guys'. Actual history is blithely ignored, all in the name of pandering.

Great movie. Great hero.

Made it about 10 min in and regretted every second of it.
