This is one of the best action comedy thrillers I have seen in a very very long time.The film is just flowing from one action scene to another , with a very clear pattern of what the problem is and how it is to be solved.
This was worse than watching paint dry. The special effects were worse than poor, the make up was on par with a kindergarten attempt and acting was below average.
This film is my all time favorite for Larry Fishburne, one of the most charismatic Black actor in Hollywood, unfortunately underrated for my taste. In this film, he has not a specific Black character's one, he could be a white one, see?
So, I'll probably get dislikes for this, but that's fine. Not why I'm writing it.
U have to watch it to understand how bad of a cast plot and in general flow a movie can be.
Great title aside, "Bad Company" undermines expectations in a couple of ways. It's a western, but of the revisionist sort (indeed, it's no rollicking escapism) and it feels like a coming-of-age story, but seems to be somewhat opposed to that, too.
VERY UNDERRATED MOVIE No matter how much intelligent you are some times even a simple minded people end up above you , its called FATE . you can realize in this movie why is that The plot moves like clockwork, surprising us, then surprising us again, but I liked Bad Company more for its style, look and feel.
I don't want to trash this movie like the other reviews, but I genuinely think if someone gave it a shot at re-editing this movie it could fix a lot, here's how I'd do it: Open with Booboo's flashback to show how he got in trouble, let us know he's the main character and why we should be rooting for him.Something is off with the audio during the scene in the creek at night, the cinematography in this scene looks great, but the broken audio is really distracting and needed either cleaning up or re-recording.
