Justin Martin's sound is both - melodic and tough. Justin first gained international acclaim for his single ("The Sad Piano") on Ben Watt's Buzzin' Fly label. The single made its way into many A-List DJ crates as well as jumping on to Pete Tong's Buzz chart, being selected as a "sureplayer" by DJ Magazine, and being dubbed "single of the week" by Update magazine in the UK. Justin Martin has established himself as the next generation of San Francisco house with the skills to hang with the current masters. Also, Justin Has been nominated as "Best Breakthrough DJ" by the 2004 international House Music Awards.
Plays trumpet, drums, and piano and learned to play the cello for the film "The Soloist".
He is a singer, dancer and rapper and he writes music. He loves composing music on Garage Band. He has also studied hoofing style tap dancing for years.
He is an honor student and a member of the National Honor Society.
His younger sister Zion Nicole is also an actor.
In 2012 Justin entered NYUs Tisch School of the Arts as a Film School student.
