Guitarist born at the 20th of September 1949 in Mill . He started to play guitar when he was 10 years old. His first band played instrumental rock music, but after changing interest to beat music he joined Chockfull with which he played mostly covers. The band had some succes but never released an album and disbanded in 1970. Than he played for a short time in the band Steam which didn't got succes. In 1978 he joined the band Doe Maar to form the first line-up of the band. In 1982 the band became very popular in the Netherlands. The same time he also played in the band De Orde which released one album. Doe Maar got extremely populair which made the band disband in 1984. After that he played in the bands Midnight Hour and Rienne Va Plus and collaborated with several other Dutch musicians. In 1999 and 2000 Doe Maar re-united for one album and 15 shows in a sold out Ahoy which showed they were still extremely populair.
Graduated in 1983 from the Netherlands Film and Television Academy (NFTVA).
