Trivia

Died on Sunday, November 29th, 1998 after a long, two year battle with cancer.

His friend Sir Paul McCartney asked him to be apart of the 1984 film, "Give My Regards To Broad Street" and would always show up with his son Sussex at Haystacks wrestling matches.

In WCW he was billed as nearly seven hundred pounds.

One of the largest wrestlers ever to step in the squared circle.

Very agile for a man his size.

Haystacks had a short stint in the now defunct WCW as the Loch Ness Monster as a member of the Dungeon of Doom. He was brought in to stop Hulk Hogan but in a lumberjack match he accidently hit The Giant (now the Big Show in the WWE) and this became a fued that ended the 1996 WCW Uncencored Pay Per View.

Legendary wrestler began his career in 1967 and as the next decade arrived he became a superstar in the wrestling business.

Giant Haystacks wrestled in such places as England, USA, Canada, India and Zimbabwe amoung others.

Giant Haystacks wrestled in Calgary for Stu Harts Stampede as "Loch Ness" and was managed by J.R. Foley.

Was billed at nearly 700lbs in WCW because this was his true weight and not exaggerated, he was 48 stone/672lbs.
