Footballer; who has played for Metz (1999-2003), Monaco (2003-06), Arsenal (2006-09), Manchester City (2009-12), Real Madrid (2011 - Loan) and Tottenham Hotspur (2011-12 - Loan, 2012-Present).

Has won over 50 caps for Togo. Adebayor retired from international football in April 2010 after the Togo team bus came under a gunfire attack leaving three people dead, whilst travelling to the Africa Cup of Nations tournament hosted in Angola three months earlier; although he returned to international football in November 2011.
