Discovered James McAvoy , according to McAvoy in a recent interview broadcast on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Hayman did a talk at McAvoys school and after McAvoy thanked Hayman for sharing his insight into his long and interesting career. Hayman later asked McAvoy to audition for a role in The Near Room , which he got.
