Couldn't live without this book! Basics of Mexican cooking.
My house burned down a few years ago. This was one of my sons favorite cook books.
I was a little hesitant to buy a used cook book thinking there would be greese stains ect. But it arived in perfect condition it looks like a brand new book.
Very easy book to follow with great pictures. Uses ingredients I usually have on hand.
Great cookbook with yummy recipes and pictures to help you see what it will look like when you're done cooking it!.
I tried a few recipes; it was easy and fun. I was eating tacos and fajitas almost every night for 2 weeks.
This book has what makes Wei-Chuan cookbooks so generally good. A decent selection of recipes and at least one photograph for each dish.
Pertfect title for this cookbook. I was able to go to my local grocery store to buy all the ingredients I needed to make any of these recipes.
This book has authentic recipes that are very simple to make and very tasty too. I am Mexican and I am used to traditional Mexican cuisine made from recipes my family has passed on for years, but I am always looking for new recipes.
We brought this book with us on our annual two-week trip to Mexico. We have tried Mexican cookbooks before, but so many of them had lengthy directions, obscure foods, and few photos.
I have enjoyed using this book. The sell was very prompt, delivering the book in just a few days after ordering.
So far I've had a REALLY good success rate with the recipes in this book. Everything I've made has exceeded my expectations, and NONE have been difficult.
This is a great cookbook! My husband loves the pork stew.
This is a handy cookbook. It's relatively short, but packed with good recipes and nice color pictures.
