Not the best book if you are looking for ghost stories, but a pretty good book about Watauga County and history of the area.
This is a wandering description of various non-related happenings that jumps one to the other without beginning or end. I would send it back but its not worth the trouble.
While a little informative, this book has nothing to do with hauntings. A total waste of money for anyone interested in the paranormal in Watauga county of North Carolina.
Worst book I've ever read. There are no ghosts to be had here.
I was hoping this would be a book about "Haunted Watauga County" but it's more like an expensive sales paper. This has got to be the worst book I have ever read.
I lived in Watauga County for many years, two of them in a very active haunted house. But after reading this book, I have discovered that there apparently are no hauntings there.
Let me start by saying I hate to give bad reviews but this book was horrible! When you read Haunted Watauga County you think about places that are said to be haunted.
I thought this book would be a series of scary stories related to Watauga County. It is not.
