Tab Hunter was lucky enough to make it big while really young. This book is excellent in that it is a wonderful portrayal of his life.
Fantastic autobiography. Tab comes with it, warts and all.
Thanks to Tab, being Gay is easier. What a great life he's had.
Very well written ......clear, w/o self-pity.....
Very good.
Very shocking book! I had no Idea,I do not think my mother knew this !
Enjoyed reading this. Learned about Tab Hunter and the Hollywood of yesteryear.
Liked the book not the person.
Surprisingly beautiful tale wonderfully interspersed with personal photos. Touchingly written and done with great modesty.
I haven't even finished this book yet, but I love it. Will always remember him as a teenager .
Let me begin by saying that Tab Hunter was a huge matinee idol during my early teen years. I thought he was gorgeous.
I was never a fan of Tab Hunter movies but I have to say I actually was quite surprised by this book. He writes honestly about his talents and limitations and how he was able to carve out a career and life for himself that, bottom line, made him a happy individual.
As a gay man in my 40's, I am fascinated by scandalous Old Hollywood...and the courage of all of the gay people born before me.
I bought this book the first day it came out at Barnes and Nobles. Outside of the bulge in his swim trunks and his beautiful face there is nothing much to say about the book.
I BOUGHT TAB HUNTERS BOOK "CONFIDENTIAL" IN 2007. I HAD BEEN AT WORK WHEN I SAW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE ON THE LARRY KING'S SHOW.
