"I would say that this one book increased my sales performance by at least 500%. I found that his characterizations of people, based on distinctive facial features, were right on in most cases.
My copy of the book is from 1992, and apparently the gender-objectional stuff had already been removed, because I looked at Chapter 12 and all the other chapters, and I don't see any of what the previous reviewer was talking about. When I first bought the book (I believe it was in 1993 or 1994), I was in Sales.
I have read a great deal of non fiction in my lifetime and usually I can just ignore a published "how to" that disappoints me or rubs me the wrong way. In this case, however, I was so offended by this book that I must speak out and warn others.
