A book that walks you through how to buy real estate for little money down.... Probably not going to use his method however.
The book is a bit dated - obviously written a while ago and pre-real estate crash - but the ideas are still fresh. I am very interested in options and the lease to own ideas.
A+ totally recommend this book. It's a beginner to advanced.
I've been waiting to read this book for a really long time probably one of the best real estate books out there it reminds everyone that you shouldn't just go out there and buy any property you should do your homework and analyse each property before you purchase and not get stuck in a ruck for years with a negative cash flow property plus you should have a team of advisers. They are the important people you should have in your team and for a good relationship with..
