Antioch College And the Social Sciences

Richard Couto is a founding faculty member of the Antioch Leadership and Change PhD program. He has several national awards for his work in community-based teaching and research. His most recent publication is To Give Their Gifts: Health, Community, and Democracy.

About Richard

Third son and pupil of David Ryckaert II. He was a master in the Antwerp Guild in 1636 and its Dean in 1652. He married Jacoba Pallemaus in 1647. Comment on works: Interiors; Genre.
