The book was brand new! It was cheap and I got it quickly in my house.
I needed to purchase a book named Systems English Grammar for my college class, and after I went looking to buy it, I found out fast that it was a very expense book to buy or rent everywhere. So I went on Amazon to find out if there were any by chance for less, and to my surprise I found out that there were more then a few available for a whole lot less, but the best part was, I received it in two days.
THe book arrived within a week of ordering it. It was in great condition and a justifiable price.
This book is very detailed and offers practice sheets w/an answer key in the back. I have many grammar books.
If your are learning a new language it is a good idea to start with your native language. Understanding how English works helps one to understand the different verb changes in a foriegn language.
