I really enjoy the Hell Girl (Jigoku Shoujo) anime series. The manga is just as delightful.

I really wanted to like this manga. It's got a bit of everything I like.
I thought this was supposed to be a horror manga, and the rating is 16+, so I thought it would be gory at least, or have nudity or swearing. Or maybe have a mature storyline.
I bought this on a whim and I'm glad my gut-instinct proved to be correct. This manga was decently written with nice artwork and good overall story.
The premise was interesting, so I picked up a few of these. This first book developed the pattern very quickly and stuck with it.

I LOVED this one. This is the third manga I've ever read.
Intriguing at first glance but I didn't find Hell Girl to be all that great otherwise. It does have a lot of stunning and fantastic artwork, to be fair, but the plot seemed to be lacking in originality or care.
Sebenarnya belum nonton versi animenya, tapi langsung baca aja. Komik ini terlalu banyak cerita di dalamnya yg harus dimuat dalam 1 jilid.
Much prefer the anime to the manga. the illustrations are beautiful but the stories are much harder to follow and don't flow well.
