I fell in love with super human because it was a well-crafted book with characters i could read about and enjoy Ascension completely blows it out of the water. it takes everything i loved abouth the first book and just adds to it.
My 11-year old son loves these series of book and read this one in a matter of just a few days.
If you're a fan of superheroes, non-stop action, or fantastic writing then you will absolutely love The Ascension. The Ascension begins moments after the events of Super Human.

Ow. This book was so terrible it gave me a migraine.
This story was as fun as the first, but took too long for the build up. Enjoyable but wish the pace was a bit better.
This was a pretty good book. It was a little bit slower than the first one and with the whole time shift it was a bit hard to wrap your head around.
Abby, Lance, James and Roz are back having gotten rid of Krodin. Instead of being able to enjoy riding around in hover cars, they find themselves in an alternate version of what should be their reality.
Have our superheroes really gotten rid of the immortal Krodin? The super human adventures will go on and for those who love the series...
Lance is absolutely my fave. So good, a really good superhero story!.
They thought Krodin was gone. Burned up by Pyrokine's ultimate sacrifice.
Although I didn't enjoy this as much as 'Super Human', this was an enjoyable read.

Another winner from Michael Carroll. It delivers on the action and has me clamoring to read the next installment.
This book just destroyed me.
As a comic book geek who reads a lot of YA, this was a book that I was obviously going to read. I liked Carroll's preceding "Quantum Prophesy" trilogy a lot.
