DO NOT BUY OR RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY SCREWED ME OVER, I RENTED A BOOK FROM THEM AND IT WAS ALL DAMAGED, AND WHEN I RETURNED IT THEY REJECTED THE BOOK BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSBLY BROKEN WHEN IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT.
The book itself is great! Also the the pages are in good condition as well as the bindig.
The deliver took longer than what I paid for and the book is in horrible conditions, it is not acceptable as it was described.
Detailed! Still relevant years after college.
First it's a very nice Anthology, second it was in good condition for a book of this sort - used at the college level.
This book was required for my English college class. The stories and content are great however the construction of the book is terrible.
Very good readings with author biographies and summaries. I had to buy this for a college class but I will not be selling this one after class is finished.
What can I say. It was what my kid needed when it was needed.
I bought this because it was the required text book for one of my college classes, and I probably wouldn't have bought it otherwise. That being said, this has excerpts from many famous works from around the world and I liked it enough to keep it instead of selling back at the end of the semester.
Great reading on those quiet Sunday evenings. The historical perspectives and timelines are the best part; really helps you understand the progression of literature as we know it.

This book has it all! This is the GREATEST collection of books ever printed!.
Of course, I did not read the entire 3000+ pages in this anthology, which literally spans the more than two millennia between Gilgamesh and Things Fall Apart. I became well acquainted with about half the book -- the scattered half the professor for whom I TA-ed this semester included in her syllabus.
