I found this book well transcribed and I enjoy playing Russell tunes. Only drawback is they could have added more songs for a "Best of" collection.
A tiny selection of the bet of Russell. He's written a lot of great stuff and collaborated on more.
I'm a big Leon fan, and for quite some time I had been looking for a good book of his music. I came across this one and based on the reviews, I decided to give a shot, so I bought it.
I have been looking for a good Leon Russell songbook for awhile. This one is great!
For anyone who likes the improvisational style similar to Elton John and would like to add another great musician to their assortment of awesome pianists, then this book is definitely for you.
Let me preface this review with the fact that I am only in the ultra-beginner catagory of piano playing. Having ordered this new publication many months ago, I patiently waited for it's completion and delivery.
