When I first started reading, "Way Back in the Gardenia Rows" by Kay Wheeler Moore, what really struck me about the book was how personal, Kay brings the reader into the story of her own life.Filled with tales of her relationships, her growth and finding her birth mother, this was a very down home book that brings also a great background to the recipes that are so connected to memories.
I don't usually read these kinds of books (Non fiction of any kind really, if I do it's rarely), but after reading the sneak peek on amazon I was hooked! Kay writes in a way that is humorous and inviting, capturing, and intriguing!
